Marisa Rizzuti

As Senior Project Manager, Marisa Rizzuti has 13 years of demonstrated work history with international and national corporations. Specializing in project management and program management, Marisa has touched the restaurant, retail, residential, medical and corporate office sectors with projects ranging from $50K - $5M. 

Labelled as a strong professional change agent in the Toronto scene, Marisa devotes her efforts to ensure all projects are on time and on budget with a keen focus on customer service and quality. 

Marisa has led large change initiatives at one of Canada's largest financial institutions, specifically, their mobility program. She managed various internal lines of business to achieve these goals that included, human resources, IT, corporate real estate, corporate design, change management, and protocol applications.

Following her time within the banking industry, Marisa led the New Store Opening group at one of Canada's largest restaurant franchising chains. Identifying key gaps in the current roll out process, Marisa worked with the executive team to create processes and guidelines to streamline projects. She also advocated for service level agreements and master service agreements with key vendors and consultants to reduce overall costs and strength key relationships.

She brought this successful execution strategy and development when hired to work for an international consulting brand to one of Canada's most beloved companies.

Upon completion of this role, Marisa has was ready to bring her skills, knowledge, and passion to her own business; focusing on assisting small to medium businesses achieve the same successes as a multi-national company.
